RISC Group IT Solutions Staff Exam Passes
Data backup experts RISC Group IT Solutions today announced that three of their Technical Support team Nigel Williams, Bruce Laing, and Jonathan Costello have passed their CommVault exams. This now means that all of the RISC Group IT Solutions Technical Support staff are qualified as CommVault engineers.
But this is just one of a long line of educational initiatives that RISC Group IT Solutions offers its employees on a regular basis according to Nigel Williams, head of technical support
'I have been with RISC Group IT Solutions Ltd for five years and in that time have taken a number of training programmes as the company expands its product and service offering. We often joke that we could be the highest qualified technical support team in the UK!'

Paul formed Clunk Click Ltd (now RISC Group IT Solutions Ltd) in 2000 when he recognised that too many businesses were leaving their organisations vulnerable to losing important computer files. 'I foresaw that due to human error and system failures companies could find themselves without sufficient backup should anything untoward happen. In an age of paperless offices loss of records is catastrophic to any organisation’s future.'
