RISC Group’s RMM Service is a remote monitoring and management platform, designed to simplify IT support and Managed Services.

RISC RMM enables IT support teams to monitor and manage multiple remote computers over any network, bringing visibility and control to the service provider via a single web-based, remote monitoring and management console.

While our development focus is on the mid-size IT support organisation requiring a rapid deployment, easy to use, low cost solution, our clients range from home users to multinational corporations. 	Audit the existing environment. Once installed the agent not only reports back on the installed hardware and software, but can scan the network for other devices as well. We’ve even thrown in licence management and change logs. Monitor and alert on exceptions – RISC RMM Service can automate a lot of your work for you, but when something goes wrong you want to know about it – fast.
	Device management and configuration. Implement an agreed baseline configuration and manage multiple devices simultaneously - schedule automated tasks, shut down workstations, and even push files.
	Your support team can quickly and easily control and deploy software packages, with built in cache management for large deployments to multiple networks to limit bandwidth utilisation.
	Provide instant one-to-one remote support where required. Our agent can connect you to the user session or create your own session, from anywhere – to anywhere. We also provide remote shell, remote services and more.
	Report on assets, exceptions and activity. It’s no good being the best if you can’t tell anyone about it. Customisable reports can be generated and emailed – on schedule and on demand.

RISC RMM, powered by CentraStage, is an agent based solution which means there is no firewall configuration necessary and mobile devices always stay in touch. All activity is logged on the central server and you can either use our hosted solution or host your own.
